| Chakra is a Sanskrit
word that translates as wheel. There are seven primary Chakras,
or energy centers sometimes referred to as wheels, that flow through
the human body along the spinal cord in the surface of the etheric
double of man. There are seven major Chakras (wheels of light)
and each one is correlated with different aspects of our lives.
Each Chakra vibrates in a primary color of expression and is associated
with specific glands in the endocrine system. By learning to understand
and work with our Chakras to bring them into balance we are able
